To make a long story short is the mission here.
To start with, this case with the City of Morro Bay and it's police department was something that started with profiling and typical police harassment.
    Never the less, the Police Department as well as the local fire department had been baited it false information.
Once informed by outside sources, (most likely the automobile manufactures or lobbyist for Affirmative action.)

Once police officers like Bill Black and Mark Martin were baited with the suspected child molester rumours, they lacked the common sense to do a background check on the accused, (which is me,Dennis James Sattler.)  

As a result of the police Officers being baited with the phony rumour, police harassment was only naturally going to follow; which it did.
      The serious part came when Mark Martin went into a school told the kids there that I was a child molester. It's figure that he was confronted with the issue of harassing me earlier, regardless Martin ended telling the kids that I was a child molester and from what I heard is that the kids, managed to get a video recording of the incident on one of their cell phones.

Within a couple weeks the incident became well know enough for it to get around me a time or two and I went ahead and posted in my Journal entry finally on the 2_th of February 2010.
   During the first couple days of August, people were asking each other as to whether I will go down to the City hall and file a Claim before the 6 month deadline. All I knew was that the  deadline they claimed to be, was only a few days away.

After after consulting with an attorney, I was informed that knowing the proper date wasn't as important as just having it filed within the first six months of the date on which the incident happened.

For those of you who may feel I don't have better things to do with my time than molesting children or stalking women, I'd say do a background check on me yourself, because you can not believe anything any cop or fireman will tell you.
      I've actually tried doing a criminal background check on myself because I would love to find one that wasn't true. I've learned that even when they say it's free, that it is not. And no I'm not the Dennis Sattler in Texas who hid in a closet and then killed his wife. But that goes to show you that if I have done any criminal act such as stalking a woman or molesting a child, just Googling my name would tell you so.
